Irene

 

Irene is the proud owner of Collected Works, and has brought her taste and expertise to the store for over 30 years. She features mainly American artistic designers, and happily outfits customers with exquisite, one-of-a-kind ensembles. Irene has moved with Collected Works throughout downtown Ann Arbor: first at Liberty Street, then to Main Street, and now the NEWEST incarnation of the store on Detroit Street! Reaching retirement age, Irene has over TRIPLED the size of her store and isn't slowing down any time soon. She enjoys family time with her husband Rich, children, and now grandchildren!

Tressa

 

Tressa has been part of the Collected Works team since 2008. Tressa's career has included design and art in many areas, including interior design and her Terrezza Jewelery line. She applies her creative knowledge to the Collected Works windows and store displays. She loves working with the lively, lovely ladies who are Collected Works customers. Tressa has been a fan of Collected Works and Ann Arbor for the last 25 years.

Becky

 

Becky joined the Collected Works team in 2009. Becky has worked in the healing arts, in which she still dabbles. She expresses her creativity through writing, and has published a book of poetry Dancing Fish Touch the Sky. She is currently working on her second book. Collected Works is a perfect vehicle for her love of art. She enjoys helping people put together color, texture, fashion and accessories for a great look. She has shopped at Collected Works since she was 17; from zits to menopause!

Katie

 

Katie has been with Collected Works since 2009. When she is not working at the store, she is painting in her studio. Katie went to the U of M School of Art and Design, and has been creating and exhibiting since graduation in 2004. Katie paints colorful, playful portraits of people, places and animals. She has been part of the Art Fair multiple years and has a giant mural downtown, on the corner of S. and E. University. Katie loves trying on clothes, having fun with customers, and offering her expertise in color and fashion. Oh and, if you couldn't tell by the resemblance, she is also Linda's daughter!

Linda

Linda is a long-time Ann Arbor resident and a lifelong Michigan resident. During her career she was a high school and college teacher, and an Administrative Director at Washtenaw Community College. She retired after 35 years and, in 2009, joined the team at Collected Works. She loves sewing clothes for herself and her two daughters and is also an avid knitter. Linda loves going to concerts with her husband, art galleries with her daughter, and to the Jersey shore for summer vacations. At work, she enjoys getting to know the Collected Works customers and helping them find just the right outfit.
